We recently left Honda after almost 10 years and purchased a new GMC Terrain from Doug and we couldn’t be happier.
The entire experience has been amazing for the following reasons: Doug is patient, not pushy, responds to all my questions/ inquiries (believe me there was a lot), explains everything very well, stayed late on a few occasions to go over the vehicles with us , went above and beyond, and is knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and all the features!!
Doug doesn’t pressure you or constantly contact you about purchasing the vehicle. The information was provided with all of our options explained in detail and we had time to think about it and reached out with our further questions/decision.
Our family had such a great experience my daughter purchased a new car as well a month later! The moment you arrive you feel welcome and as if you’ve known everyone for years.
